Missoula Housing Boom of 2021

MISSOULA — New numbers released by the Missoula Organization of Realtors confirm a housing shortage in Missoula. Bad news of buyers, but great news for sellers with the median sales price of $430,000 in June…that’s a 23% increase over last year. Active listings were down 70%, with only 107 available homes during that time. There are signs of a softening market however - Missoula has approved permits for 778 new housing units, up 41% from 2020.
