Bank St Garage to be Rebuilt

The Missoula Parking Commission is advancing a $7 million project to rebuild the Bank Street parking garage in downtown Missoula.

The proposed design will maintain the garage's current capacity of around 145 spaces but excludes a basement level to save $4 million.

The commission has partnered with Jackson Contractor Group to finalize the contract, with repayment options ranging from 15 to 30 years.

Although the timeline for construction is undetermined, the project hopes to meet growing downtown parking needs while remaining within budget constraints.
